Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Osteopathic consultations

1.1. Cancellation of appointment

Appointments may be cancelled or postponed. free of charge until 24 hours before the scheduled time.
To do this, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email.

1.2. Late cancellation or absence

• Any cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance may be the subject of a partial or total invoicing of the amount of the consultation.

• In case ofunjustified absence, the consultation may be billed in full.
  This policy aims to ensure smooth operation of the schedule and to respect other waiting patients.

2. Online payments

2.1. Gift vouchers and prepaid consultations

THE gift vouchers Or consultations paid in advance are non-refundable, except in the event of major medical impediment (upon presentation of medical proof).
They can however be transferred to a third party, with prior agreement.

2.2. Payment errors

In case of double payment or oferror during payment, you can request a refund within 7 days following the transaction, by contacting us by email or telephone.

3. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal for any remote purchase of services (e.g.: gift voucher purchased online), provided that the service has not yet been used.
